Beverage Brand Support

At PepsiCo I was focused on Gatorade and Propel brand growth and distribution. At the time they were iconic brands with dominating market share and consumer demand. It was important to understand and accurately forecast the seasonality of these products.

Pet Products

During my time at Del Monte they owned popular Pet Brands such as

Milk Bone, Kibbles n Bits, Meow Mix, Natural Balance, Pup-Peroni & 9Lives. The company invested heavily across these brands and made decisions based on my teams ROI analysis.

Perishable Foods

Perishable and chilled distribution products such as Naked Juice, Tropicana, and Del Monte produce had added challenges and complexity particularly from a supply chain and operations standpoint often impacting profitability.

Private Label

Both Del Monte and Bradshaw Home manufactured Private Label items for many key retailers.  I was closely involved in pricing and packaging decisions as well as closely monitoring inventory to protect profitability. 

Non-Perishable Foods

Non-perishable food products such as Quaker, Contadina, College Inn and Del Monte Canned Fruit & Vegetable 

were stable, operationally efficient and profitable businesses. Many were highly promoted products and categories.  

Household Goods

Bradshaw Home sold thousands of key kitchen and cleaning items under brand names such as Evercare, Good Cook and Casabella. These items were distributed to hundreds of customers Nationwide.
